Our production range includes products with high resistant electric arc erosion materials and special alloys for brazing and welding.


With high resistant materials we produce electrical contacts for medium and high voltage applications, electrodes for arc-welding and electrodes for EDM machining.

In the brazing and welding area we produce silver based brazing alloys for special weldings.

The electron beam welding

It is a fusion welding technology in which an electron beam hits at high speed the surface of the welding pieces and penetrates into their material.
The kinetic energy of electrons is transformed into thermal energy
and it is used for material processing.

Advantages:

  • Deeper penetration
  • Extremely low thermal count
  • Smaller HAZ (heat-affected area)
  • Material as thick as 40 mm can be welded
  • No use of other materials (brazing alloys)

Galvanization

Galvanic processing consists in coating items
or components with a thin metallic layer.

    We carry out the following treatments:
  • flash silvering and silver coating
  • copper plating

Deposits of various materials are made either
by a “static” and a “rotogalvanic” technic.
The thickness layer is checked through a
FISHER COULOUSCOPE S9® instrument.
